Looking through the bus window

Mon evening, i was sitting in the bus, looking through the windows, praying for whatever that that comes to my mind. I watched people crossing the roads, rushing, chasing after the bus... i then started to thank God for the peace and prosperity of Singapore. As i was giving thanks and praying for Singapore, a vision came to my mind.

That Singapore will be a Church of God, where everyone will bow down before Him. And the world will see the glory of God residing in Singapore.
To me this is something too great, and im not sure whether it was of God at that moment. As i seek the Lord, He showed me many things and He made me feel how He feel...

Jesus said" This is the will of the Father who sent Me, that all He has given Me I should lose nothing, but should raise it up at the last day. And this is the will of Him who sent Me, that everyone who sees the Son and believes in Him may have everlasting life; and I will raise him up at the last day." (John 6:39,40)
This verse affirmed me that i should dream big for Him. If i love God, i must follow Him and do His will. If i am to live for God, i need His food. Jesus said " My food is to do the will of Him who sent Me, and to finish His work." (John 4:34)

As i was praying this week, i thought about the many broken families in Sg, people who are in great debt, people scheming against one another for their own interest, people hurting one another, unwanted babies, single mum, drug addict, people who do not have any purpose in their lives, broken lives, broken heart... there are so many people living in unhappiness, can't everyone in the world live in peace with one another, can't everyone love one another, wouln't it be a better world if the world know Jesus...

As i was sharing with Xueling on the phone, i was so sad that i cried... This is the heart of Jesus. It is His heart desires that all men are save through Him and receive everlasting life. It is His heart desire to bring love, joy and peace into everyone lives. Do we have the heart of Jesus? Are we willing to follow Him? Are we willing to claim Singapore for Him?

As God asked me these question, i raised up my hands and prayed " I am willing, but i have nothing. If You are willing, use me. I do not have much faith, but may my faith move mountain for You. If it only take a spark to get the fire going, may i be that spark. If You are searching the earth for those who make intercession on behalf of their nation, may You see my hand. May I see Singapore be brought to her knees before You Lord."

Do we have the heart of Jesus? Are we willing to follow Him? Are we willing to claim for Him? Whats your answer?
